Paris Studio Apartments - General Conditions


Paris Apartment Payment Options: Cashier checks, wire transfers,money orders or cash.
Rental shall be for personal use only, and not for business or professional use.  
Minimum rental period: 1 week.

Check in between Noon and 8:00 p.m. Check out between 8:00 a.m. and Noon. A 20 euros fee
will apply from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 am from Monday to Saturday and for Sunday before 10:00am
Sorry, no pets.

You agree to commit no act that could disturb the tranquility of the other residents of
the building where the rental occurs.   Any disorderly or unruly behavior is your sole
responsibility; Owner   relinquishes complete and absolute responsibility if a third party
is involved.

You agree to allow any urgent work necessary in the apartment without affecting the
negotiated price, and to allow Owner or its representative access with one-day notice,
except in case of emergency.

The final laundry and cleaning are included in the Paris apartment rental fee; however,
you should leave the apartment in a reasonable state of neatness or an extra charge of
40 euros will be debited for the cleaning.

You further agree that in the event of  any personal bodily injury the owner of the
apartment is not to be held responsible for any said injury.  Which shall include
accidental and self inflicted  incidents.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the rental must be paid on your Paris apartment upon booking.
Balance and security deposit is due on arrival. No contract will exist until a deposit
and signed booking agreement is received.
Should you cancel after sending your deposit, cancellation
charges will become payable as described in  "Cancellations and Refunds" below.

Security Deposit:   A security deposit of  ............ euros  will be required, to pay
for loss or damage made by you or your guests, to any appliances, furniture, upholstery,
kitchen utensils, linens, towels, etc. This deposit shall be paid with the final rental
payment prior to occupancy, and will be returned in full following departure (typically
within 14 days) once the apartment's   inventory has been verified and it has been
confirmed that no damage has occurred to the apartment, all keys have been returned and
electricity and phone charges are paid. At arrival and at departure, you agree to sign
the inventory of the apartment, copies of which will be kept by both Owner and renter. If
loss or damage exceeds the security deposit, you agree to pay the excess costs in full.
To be clear, you shall only be liable for loss or damage caused by you or your guests.

Paris Apartment Rental Cancellations and Refunds:   If you cancel all or any part of your
booking, or if your booking is canceled by us due to nonpayment, we shall be entitled to
the following percentage of the apartment rental cost:

More than 30 days before arrival date-----30% of the rental amount is due.
30 days or less--------------------------------50% of the rental amount is due.
We strongly encourage you to buy travel insurance at the time of booking to compensate
you in the event you must cancel.

On behalf of myself and the above-named persons, I wish to make a booking for the   Paris
apartment   accommodation(s) requested, and I agree that this booking is subject to the
General Conditions of the Booking Agreement above. I am authorized to agree to these
conditions on my own behalf and on behalf of the persons in my party. I enclose a deposit
representing 1/2 of the total rental fee due for the period requested and agree the
balance of the rental fee and Security Deposit are payable under the conditions described
above. Should this booking take place less than 30 days from the day of reservation, I
agree full payment and Security Deposit are due in advance.
